		Ranked among the ``50 Best Public Courses in America" by Golf Digest, Heritage Club was sculpted by designer/developer Larry Young from 600 acres of 300-year-old oaks, fresh-water lakes and marshes - the site of two former rice plantations. Lush stands of crape myrtle, camellias and azaleas surround the spacious, rolling fairways and large, undulating Bent Grass greens.


	A magnificent avenue of live oaks leads to the Colonial-style clubhouse overlooking the Waccamaw River. Heavily landscaped areas of wildflowers and flowering shrubs accent the beauty of this historic setting
