This is the view of the tee shot from the white tees. Aim for the right center of the fairway or you may find trouble behind the big oak tree in the fairway. A tee shot of 250 yards will give you a go at the green.

Well, you're almost trapped behind the tree, but not quite. Some golfers go for the green on their second shot, but if you don't make it, you may roll into the stream that crosses the fairway. There is a lake along the right side of the fairway, and another lake that guards the green on the left.

You wisely decided to lay up. A nine iron will put you close for a possible birdie. Avoid the many bunkers surrounding the green.

Now just putt it in. The view back down the fairway is deceptively tranquil..
